To redeem a gift card in the online store: add the product(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter the code in the field labeled “Use a promo code.

The Luv North store is located in the center of Helsinki in Finland at Punanotkonkatu 4. You can always pick up your order from the store on weekdays between 12–18 and on Saturdays from 12–15.

Pickup can be selected at checkout before payment. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be collected within ten days of receiving the pickup notification.

Please note that it is not possible to pick up a product from the Luv North store without placing an order on our website and receiving a separate pickup notification.

You can pay for your order using Finnish online banking, Klarna, credit or debit cards, or MobilePay.

Online Banking
Pay securely through Paytrail using the online payment buttons of all major Finnish banks. Simply select your bank at checkout and complete the payment using your online banking credentials.

Card Payments
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Klarna.
Pay securely with Klarna using the payment option that suits you best.

Payments are processed by Paytrail Plc (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Paytrail Plc will appear as the payment recipient on your bank or card statement and will transfer the payment to the merchant.

Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution. In the event of any complaints or claims, please contact the merchant directly.
