Samsoe Samsoe’s bag launch charm workshop at Stockmann
For Danish fashion brand Samsøe Samsøe, it was clear that launching a new bag called for more than a beautiful table setting. The same event was held in Berlin, Paris and Helsinki, and in each city, guests were offered something hands-on and concrete.
In Helsinki, they found us through social media, and we put our heads together to create something special.
We decided to run a bag charm workshop using the same leather as the bags themselves. Three shades were available: vanilla white, smooth black and cowhide. Guests could stamp letters, a name or a meaningful date into the white or black leather. For the cowhide, we added Luv North’s silver pendant pieces and beads in shades that matched the collection.
The event was held in Stockmann’s fourth-floor showroom. After a breakfast spread, guests got to design and make their own bag charm from a selection of materials: silver, beads and leather.
